1. Service Refunds
If you have made a payment and the service (such as training, consultancy, or digital content access) fails to initiate due to technical error, transaction failure, or system issue, your amount will be refunded within 3 business days.
Refunds are only applicable for failed or incomplete orders. Once a service is successfully delivered, no refund will be processed.
2. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please email us at salah4sales@gmail.com with proof of payment, transaction ID, and reason for the request.
Our team will verify your claim and, if eligible, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.
3. Exceptions
Services delivered as per schedule or digital products downloaded/accessed successfully are non-refundable.
Refunds will not be applicable for delays caused by incorrect user information or non-responsiveness.
