1. Service Refunds

  • If you have made a payment and the service (such as training, consultancy, or digital content access) fails to initiate due to technical error, transaction failure, or system issue, your amount will be refunded within 3 business days.

  • Refunds are only applicable for failed or incomplete orders. Once a service is successfully delivered, no refund will be processed.

2. Refund Process

  • To initiate a refund, please email us at salah4sales@gmail.com with proof of payment, transaction ID, and reason for the request.

  • Our team will verify your claim and, if eligible, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3 business days.

3. Exceptions

  • Services delivered as per schedule or digital products downloaded/accessed successfully are non-refundable.

  • Refunds will not be applicable for delays caused by incorrect user information or non-responsiveness.
